German C1 Checklist: Are You Ready to Pass?

At C1, the question is no longer simply:

“Can I communicate in German?”

The question becomes:

“Can I express exactly what I mean?”

At this level, you should be able to understand demanding texts, follow complex discussions and express yourself fluently without constantly searching for words.

You don't need to sound like a native speaker.

But German should give you enough freedom to explain, argue, analyse, persuade, react and adapt.
